<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because, to name a few reasons, it reminds me of hot wings, has a bit of &#8220;kick&#8221; to it, and it is very low in carbs and calories.</p>
<p>Remember, to heat these up on the stove if possible.  If it&#8217;s not possible (such as at work), it&#8217;s okay to use a microwave.</p>
<p>So, here it is&#8230; another delicious soup for use in the Fat Burning Soup Diet:</p>
<p><strong>Buffalo Chicken Soup</strong></p>
<p>2 stalks of celery<br />
3 green onions<br />
1 tablespoon of real butter<br />
16 oz of fresh cauliflower (use frozen only if you have to)<br />
32 oz container of chicken stock<br />
1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream<br />
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce<br />
5 oz of chedder cheese<br />
20 oz cubed chicken breast (two 10 ounce cans)<br />
Salt and pepper to taste</p>
<p>Chop the celery and onion.  Next, in a medium size pot, saute the celery and green onion in the butter until it starts getting soft.  Remove from pot and set to the side in a bowl.  Add both the cauliflower and broth to the pot.  Cook on high heat 20 &#8211; 25 minutes until very soft.  Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.<br />
Put the cauliflower and broth mixture in a blender or food processor until well-blended.  Put the blended cauliflower/broth mixture back into the pan.  Add the heavy cream, hot sauce, reserves celery/onion mixture, and the chedder cheese. Return to low heat to melt the cheese.<br />
Next, add the cubed chicken breast and heat.</p>
<p>Season with salt and pepper to taste (it is plenty salty for me as is, so I only added pepper)</p>
<p>I used about 3 cups of broth when I made this, but heating it up this morning to put in my thermos and bring to work, it was extremely thick, so I added the additional broth. If you intend to make this and immediately serve, I would hold off on some of the broth and use it to thin the soup as needed.</p>

Entire recipe: 2200 Calories; 139.9g Fat; 190.9g Protein; 33.5g Carbohydrate; 15.7g Dietary Fiber; 17.8g Net Carbs</p>

<p>The reason I like this recipe so much is because it is SOOOO EASY!  The most difficult part of this recipe is finding the Shiratake noodles.  Shiratake noodles are an Asian noodle that is made of a special plant fiber that is very low in carbohydrates and high in fiber.  It&#8217;s sold in Asian food grocery stores, but can also be found in many supermarkets around the world.  It&#8217;s always found in the refrigerated section.  I find mine in the local Safeway a few blocks from my home.</p>
<p>Although this soup is a bit higher in calories, it&#8217;s very low in carbohydrates and perfect for the Fat Burning Soup Diet.  Because of it&#8217;s higher calorie content, it may be better suited as a lunch soup for those serious about losing weight with the Fat Burning Soup Diet.</p>
<p>Without further ado, here it is&#8230;</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>Chicken Shiratake Noodle Soup</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">About 1/4 onion<br />
4 or 5 baby carrots<br />
Roughly 2 celery stalks<br />
2 tablespoons butter<br />
2 stalks celery<br />
10 ounces canned chicken (1 can of cubed chicken)<br />
14 1/2 ounces chicken broth (1 can of broth)<br />
1 chicken bouillon cube<br />
1/2 package shiratake noodles<br />
Salt and Pepper to taste</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Chop the carrot, celery and onion. Saute them in the butter for a few minutes.  Add the chicken broth, chicken, noodles and bouillon cube. Bring it to low boil and then turn down and simmer for a few min.</p>
<p>This will make about 4 or 5 servings.  Try to evenly divide this fat burning soup recipe into 4 or 5 containers and freeze until you are ready to serve one.  For best results, always re-heat in a stove top container, if possible.  If it&#8217;s possible to re-heat on a stove, a microwave-safe container will suffice.</p>
<p>This fat burning soup has about 795 calories and 12 grams of carbohydrates.  If you are wondering about protein, it has about 70 grams&#8230; and about 50 grams of fat.  Although the calories and fat content of this soup looks high, the low carbohydrate content makes it ideal for the Fat Burning Soup Diet&#8230; as long as you stick to only 1 serving.</p>

<p>Although I usually don&#8217;t subscribe to (or prescribe) to anything that I would consider a &#8220;FAD&#8221; diet, some of my e-book customers have contacted me and asked me if I know anything about The Fat Burning Soup Diet.</p>
<p>To start with, I would not consider this a fad diet.  The Fat Burning Soup Diet falls more under the category of healthy eating, combined with careful macro-nutrient planning, and topped with a catchy (and somewhat &#8220;fad&#8221; diet-sounding) name.</p>
<p>Not only have I used soup to lose fat, but I have done so quite successfully.</p>
<p>In this blog post, I&#8217;ll be sharing why I think the Fat Burning Soup Diet is good for some people, and not for others&#8230; as well as how to successfully use the Fat Burning Soup Diet to burn fat like crazy.</p>
<p>First of all, let me start out by describing the perfect candidate for this diet&#8230;</p>
<p>The perfect candidate for the Fat Burning Soup Diet is one who has already broken their food addictions, and does not have a problem with portion control.</p>
<p>Why do I say this?</p>
<p>Because even &#8220;diet food&#8221; will make you gain weight if you eat too much of it.  This goes for healthy soup, too.</p>
<p>If you are still <em>addicted</em> to food and have problems with portion control, I suggest you just bite the bullet and get the <a href="http://www.lose10poundsin3days.org" target="_self">Lose 10 Pounds In 3 Days E-Book</a> and follow it for 3 days.  Not only will it help you break your food addictions and help get your portion sizes under control, it will also give you a big jump start on your weight loss goals (a 10 pound jump start).</p>
<p>I should also mention that in order to do the Fat Burning Soup Diet, you should have the ability to cook several portions of soup ahead of time, and store them in the freezer for warming up later.  If you don&#8217;t have enough containers, get some.  If you don&#8217;t have enough freezer space, make some room.</p>
<p>In order to be successful with the Fat Burning Soup Diet, you must both ensure that the soup is healthy for youand that it low in both calories and carbohydrates (very important).  A little spiciness doesn&#8217;t hurt either, and will get your metabolism shifting into a higher gear and loosen up the mucus in your digestive system.</p>
<p>For many people, it also helps greatly if you <em>vary</em> the soup.  Variety is the spice of life, they say&#8230; and the same adage can apply to sticking with a low calorie, low carbohydrate diet of soup.  Human crave different tastes and smells, so having a variety of different homemade frozen soups at the ready will give you a huge advantage.</p>
<p>You should eat a single serving of soup for lunch, and another serving of soup for dinner.  To be honest, this is the most difficult part for most, as it&#8217;s less than most people are used to eating.  But, the key to any weight loss plan is to eat less food than your body needs, so that your body has to dip into it&#8217;s fat reserves and burn <em>that</em> for energy.</p>
<p>If you simply cannot make it from lunch to dinner without chewing arm off, eat 1 apple.  The average apple has less than 100 caloies, is nutrient-rich, represents a serving of fruit, and contains Leptin.  Leptin is a special type of plant protein that helps control appetite.  Organic is always better, but any apple will do fine.</p>
<p>One last tip:   In order to maximize your weight loss, try eating your last serving of soup before 6 pm&#8230; and do not eat anything else after that.  The advantages of this meal-timing was discussed in a previous blog post.</p>
<p>So, to recap, here are the tips for sticking to (and being successful with) the Fat Burning Soup Diet:</p>
<ol>
<li>Any diet will fail without portion control, even this one!</li>
<li>Choose soups that are lower in carbohydrates (most important)</li>
<li>Choose soups that are lower in calories (not quite as important as lower carbs)</li>
<li>Choose several soups (at least three or four) to add <em>variety</em> to this diet</li>
<li>Cook the soups well ahead of time, so they are convenient to prepare and serve</li>
<li>Store your soups in the freezer in small, portion-sized containers&#8230; this way, you will be less-likely to overeat</li>
<li>Eat one bowl of soup for lunch</li>
<li>Eat one bowl of soup for dinner</li>
<li>If you have trouble making it till dinner, eat 1 apple (the size of the apple doesn&#8217;t matter)</li>
<li>For best results, eat your last bowl of soup (dinner) before 6 pm (as discussed in <a href="http://www.lose10poundsin3days.org/lose-1-pound-per-week-by-using-this-1-simple-trick/" target="_blank">this post</a>)</li>
</ol>

<p>That&#8217;s probably why it took me sooooo long to break the habit of eating my last meal of the day, sitting in front of the television, around 8 or 9 o&#8217;clock at night.</p>
<p>For me, no food was more <em>perfect</em> for this occasion than a bowl of strawberry ice cream (the kind with real strawberries).  I&#8217;m not going to even guess the calorie count on that single bowl.  I am sure it was an obscene number.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a bad habit that I picked up when I was pregnant with my 3rd (and final) child.</p>
<p>But, I&#8217;m not the only one&#8230; and it&#8217;s not just a woman thing, either.</p>
<p>Millions of people have a craving for late night cuisine.  For many it was even considered somewhat taboo.  I remember a commercial on television (I forget what they were trying to sell) with an image of the &#8220;overweight hubby&#8221; sneaking into a dark kitchen and opening up the fridge door, illuminating a his guilty face with the refrigerator light.</p>
<p>For some, it&#8217;s sweets&#8230; like pie or ice cream.  For others, it&#8217;s more innocent, like having a late dinner because of work schedules.  For others, it&#8217;s just empty calories&#8230; like sugary cereal or soda pop.</p>
<p>Taco Bell, not long ago, tried to banish the cloud of negativity surrounding this nocturnal splurge by giving the occasion a name:   Fourth Meal.</p>
<p>But, regardless of what it is or why you do it, you are doing yourself a great disservice by putting anything in your mouth after 6 pm&#8230; with the exception of ice water.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s been shown in many studies that your body&#8217;s metabolism ramps down when you start to settle in at night&#8230; and slows to a crawl when you go to bed.  The food you eat after 6 pm doesn&#8217;t get burned as fuel (your body simply doesn&#8217;t require it), and your body is much more likely to store it as fat.</p>
<p>This technique can be a very effective instrument in your weight loss arsenal.</p>
<p>In fact, I tried this technique myself for a little over a month (about five weeks) and lost 5 pounds without ANY other changes in my life at all.</p>
<p>What does this mean?  It means that if you make this one simple change to your life, you could effectively lose 1 pound per week until you&#8217;ve achieved your target weight.  That is 25 pounds in 6 months.  Or, over 50 pounds per year.</p>
<p>Well, that&#8217;s my theory, based on my own experiences.  Your mileage may vary, of course.</p>
<p>But, I will be honest.  It&#8217;s not always easy, especially if you are in the habit of eating late at night.  I still got hungry.  I went to bed with a growling stomach a few times.</p>
<p>But, it got much easier after a day or two.</p>
<p>After all, it&#8217;s not as if I was starving myself.  I ate a huge dinner around 5:00 or 5:30 pm.  I left the table quite satisfied.</p>
<p>And I still lost 1 pound per week, without changing anything else.</p>

<p>The answer is a BHAG!</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t remember where I first heard the term.  But, a &#8220;BHAG&#8221; is short for a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">B</span>IG <span style="text-decoration: underline;">H</span>AIRY <span style="text-decoration: underline;">A</span>UDACIOUS <span style="text-decoration: underline;">G</span>OAL.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a goal that seems impossible when you make it.  In the case of weight loss, it should be something that&#8217;s achievable for most healthy individuals to accomplish&#8230; but seems out of reach for you at the current moment.</p>
<p>Let me give you an example&#8230;</p>
<p>If you know that a 10K race is coming up in the next 3 months (they always have a variety of these going on during the summer months), go ahead and sign up for it.</p>
<p>If you have trouble running or jogging, there are plenty of 10K races that allow walking (most of the do, actually).</p>
<p>That 10K race will be your BHAG.</p>
<p>When you do this, an amazing thing happens:  You stop focusing so much about &#8220;weight loss&#8221; and start focusing more on preparing for the race.</p>
<p>Next, simply map out your training program.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to keep it simple.</p>
<p>If you have 12 weeks to train&#8230; it&#8217;s easy to push yourself further every week without overdoing it.  If you have less time to prepare you may want to push yourself harder each week.</p>
<p>For example, the first week&#8217;s goal might be to walk a half mile.  The next week&#8217;s goal might be an entire mile.  The next week would be 1.5 miles&#8230; and so on.  Each week you would tack on another half mile until you are walking 6 miles (10K).</p>
<p>The point is that you are working toward something bigger than you would have worked toward under normal circumstances.</p>
<p>But, do you want to know the best part?</p>
<p>Goals such as these tend to focus more on fitness and less on weight loss.</p>
<p>Although short periods of dramatic weight loss can be okay and give you a serious boost in confidence (such as our <a href="http://lose10poundsin3days.org">Lose 10 Pounds In 3 Days Program</a>), sometimes focusing only on weight loss for long periods of time can make you feel depressed and deprived.</p>
<p>So, set you BHAG and just go for it.</p>

<p>I usually have to remind them that everything they need (including supplements) can be found in the e-book.  All you have to do is follow the instructions in the e-book, and you will lose 10 pounds (or more) in 3 days.</p>
<p>However, I DO have some recommendations for supplements to use AFTER you are done with your 3 day weight loss.  One of them is CLA.  CLA is short for Conjugated Linoleic Acid.</p>
<p>Here are a few reasons why I like CLA so much:</p>

<li>It&#8217;s not too expensive (about $20 per month for the high-quality stuff)</li>
<li>It doesn&#8217;t require large doses to work</li>

<p>In fact a recent double-blind, randomized study (I&#8217;ll add a reference here after I find it), a group of men and women who supplemented with CLA over the course of a year lowered their body fat percentage by a whopping 9%.</p>
<p>Before you start thinking that this number doesn&#8217;t seem very high, consider that this feat was achieved with absolutely no change in lifestyle whatsoever.  No dieting.  No exercising.</p>
<p>This is amazing, to say the least.</p>
<p>Therefore, combining CLA to any diet and/or exercise plan will surely enhance whatever results you would have gotten otherwise.  But, even if you don&#8217;t diet or exercise, taking CLA will help change your body composition anyway.</p>

<p>This post will not only teach you how to lose weight fast NATURALLY, but it will also do so in a way that is both easy to follow and doesn&#8217;t require a lot of effort.  Also, once your food addictions are broken, you will be eating enough to keep hunger at bay, which will allow you to change your eating habits for the long term (the secret to keeping the weight off for the rest of your life).</p>
<p>So, without further ado, here is how to lose weight fast, naturally, and without expensive pills or dangerous surgery.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1:</strong></p>
<p>So, first of all, we need to break those food addictions.</p>
<p>If you are overweight, chances are good that you are addicted to food.  If you weren&#8217;t addicted to food, you would eat less often, eat less food in a single meal, and make better food choices when you do eat.  But, because of food addiction, you eat more often, eat more in a single meal than you should, and make horrible food choices.</p>
<p>Believe me, it happens to the best of us.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t kick yourself too much.  It&#8217;s not totally your fault.  Food makes us feel good, and humans are innately programmed to do what makes us feel good.  The food industry is also partially to blame, as they are the ones that sell sugary, carbohydrate-rich, fat-laden food that have all of the nutrients processed out and filled with artificial flavors, colors, etc.</p>
<p>Although you need not blame yourself for your food addiction, the solution is YOUR responsibility.  No one is going to come along and break your food addiction for you.  You have to do it yourself.</p>

<li>Eat raw baby carrots instead of snacking on chips</li>
<li>Peanut butter on celery stalks instead of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich</li>
<li>Choose whole grain bread instead of white bread</li>
<li>Eat fruits for breakfast instead of sugary cereal or doughnuts</li>
<li>Have an apple as a snack instead of a candy bar</li>
<li>If you really craving something sweet, have a banana (one of the sweetest of fruits)</li>
</ul>
<p>That is just a quick sample, but I am sure my point is clear.  You can easily make better food choices, still eat as much as you wish, and lose a lot of weight in the process.  This is how to lose weight fast, naturally, and without ever getting hungry in the process.</p>
<p>Making better choices (instead of cutting back and being hungry) is what allows you to keep losing weight over the long term) and KEEP the weight off for good.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3:</strong></p>
<p>Following the first 2 steps will definitely help you lose a lot weight.</p>
<p>But, if want the fat to literally melt off your body in record time, you need to incorporate a little exercise into your daily routine.  Don&#8217;t worry &#8211; It doesn&#8217;t take much.</p>
<p>The problem with relying on diet alone to keep the weight off is that your body doesn&#8217;t WANT to you to lose the fat it&#8217;s accumulated.  It&#8217;s programmed to keep that fat at all costs, because it needs it for the upcoming famine.</p>
<p>What was that?  A famine?  Yes, that&#8217;s right&#8230; you body thinks a famine in coming.  It&#8217;s how are bodies are programmed.  It thinks that (like our ancestors) we will eventually face a period of famine and all that fat will be needed to keep us alive.</p>
<p>The problem is, the days of famine are long gone for most modernized counties.  For most people in America, for example, the next meal is right down the street.  You can either go through the Taco Bell drive through, or pick up what you need at the corner market.</p>
<p>My point is, the body will do whatever it takes to keep that fat.  In fact, when your calorie intake drops, your body will actually slow down your metabolism to keep from having to burn as much fat.</p>
<p>This is bad.</p>
<p>Fortunately, there is a way around this:  Exercise.</p>
<p>All it takes is a short walk around the block to keep your metabolism high and keep your body in fat burning mode.  When you increase your energy expenditure, you body is literally FORCED to tap into your fat reserves to keep your body moving.  Believe me, it works like crazy.</p>

<p>I am a very level headed person, and I would never do anything to jeopardize my health or the health of any anyone reading this post.  So, when I first heard of the idea of using laxatives to lose weight, I completely scoffed at the idea as stupid, dangerous and inconvenient.</p>
<p>I mean, really?  Who wants to have to sprint to the toilet every 30 minutes?  Not me.</p>
<p>However, I buried my head into some health journals for a few days, and did some research at some very reputable medical websites.  By the time I was done, I had completely changed my mind about using laxatives to lose weight.  Now, I believe that by taking certain precautions, and using the CORRECT kind of laxatives, and at the right time&#8230; laxatives can aid you in achieving your weight loss goals in several ways.</p>
<p>Here is my summarized argument for &#8220;approving&#8221; laxatives to lose weight.</p>
<ul>
<li>Most modern diets are woefully void of any fiber at all, unless you count sesame sees on your Big Mac (no they don&#8217;t count).  This is bad for many reasons that I won&#8217;t get into here, as this isn&#8217;t a post about the importance of fiber.  Let&#8217;s just assume that all the nutritionists in the the world are right, and fiber really is important to your health.</li>
<li>Many people have only 1 bowel movement per day, or LESS than once per day.  This is very dangerous as it can create a dangerous environment in your colon that can lead to toxins leaching back into your bloodstream and overtaxing the organs that filter those toxins out of your bloodstream.  This can lead to numerous conditions, diseases and even cancer.</li>
<li>Most people will NOT change their eating habits to incorporate fiber into their diet, as they are addicted to food and resistant to change.  The easiest option is to add something to the diet that will take the place of dietary fiber.  The only other alternative is to stay unhealthy and continue to let your intestinal health degrade.</li>
</ul>
<p>So, with that being said, using laxatives to lose weight is not only safe, but actually healthy if done properly.  We talk about colon health a bit and it&#8217;s role in weight loss in the <a href="http://www.lose10poundsin3days.org" target="_self">Lose 10 Pounds In 3 Days Report</a>, but what I&#8217;m addressing here is LONG TERM safety.</p>
<p>The 1st key of using laxatives to lose weight safely is to take the correct type of laxative.</p>
<p>I consider the correct type of laxative to be one that contains natural fiber, such as flax seed husks, psylium husks or some other type of insoluble fiber.  If you can stomach it, prune juice is a natural laxative that also contains tons of antioxidants and other vitamins.  A natural, herbal laxative tea is also good to &#8220;keep things moving&#8221;, but is best used before bed because it takes a while to work (overnight).  All of these things combined will not only help you lose weight extremely fast, but also keep you and your colon healthy.</p>
<p>The 2nd key to using laxatives to lose weight safely is to remember what laxatives do to the body.</p>
<p>Taking soluble fiber is extremely good for you, but too much of it will dehydrate you if you aren&#8217;t careful.  Soluble fiber ABSORBS water from the body to soften stool, and it will take it from the stomach, intestines or any other body tissue without regard for your safety.  To counter this, you have to drink more water than you are probably used to.  With every fiber supplement you take, drink at least a 12 to 16 ounce glass of water.  It probably wouldn&#8217;t hurt to drink a little more between supplements too.  Do NOT disregard this advice about water&#8230; otherwise, you will be risking your life.</p>
<p>Even if you survive, you don&#8217;t want to end up in a hospital bed with a IV in your arm getting pumped full of saline to rehydrate you, while explaining to the doctor that you have to poop really bad because you just took a laxative to lose weight.  Don&#8217;t be stupid&#8230; drink PLENTY of water.</p>
<p>The 3rd key to taking laxatives to lose weight is timing the laxatives properly.  This would be a example of proper timing:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Morning: </strong> Natural fiber laxative to make you go quickly, such as prune juice or some other &#8220;go right now now&#8221; laxative&#8230; along with LOTS of water.</li>
<li><strong>Midday: </strong>Natural fiber laxative help keep bowel movements steady, such as a laxative that contains flax seed or psylium husks.  This will add &#8220;bulk&#8221; to your waste and will bond with fat, toxins and other carcinogens in your colon and help speed things along nicely&#8230; along with LOTS of water.</li>
<li><strong>After work: </strong> More natural fiber laxatives that contain flax seed or psylium husks&#8230; and LOTS of water.</li>
<li><strong>Before bed: </strong> A tasty herbal laxative tea, such Smooth Move (found in your local grocery store) to help keep things nice and healthy even when you sleep (no you won&#8217;t have to go in the middle of the night).</li>
</ul>
<p>You can add more fiber if you want, but be sure to add more WATER too if you do.  With the schedule listed above, you should have a bowel movement anywhere from 2 to 3 times per day.  You will also start to see some weight loss between a week.  If you started out with the <a href="http://www.lose10poundsin3days.org" target="_self">Lose 3 Pounds In 10 Days Plan</a>, you will probably see weight loss even sooner.</p>
<p>If you combine the above regimen with some of the other weight loss advice on this blog, you will likely see a dramatic and sudden drop in weight and body shape in a very short period of time.</p>

<p>If you&#8217;ve read some of my other posts, you probably already know that I used to be over weight.  I mean REALLY overweight.  I used to carry a little over 100 EXTRA POUNDS OF FAT on my petite frame.  It came from years of:</p>
<p>Eating the wrong foods (mainly junk food and sweets)</p>
<p>Eating TOO much (because I enjoy the feeling of a full stomach)</p>
<p>Lack of ANY type of exercise</p>
<p>3 pregnancies (each about 3 years apart)</p>
<p>The stress of raising 3 children (part of that time I raised them alone)</p>
<p>But, after being severely overweight for about 10 years, I finally &#8220;got it&#8221; and started changing the way that I lived.  Granted, it didn&#8217;t happen all at once.  In fact, I lost about 20 pounds swapping out some of my bad foods with healthier choices.  Then I lost a few more pounds by reducing the amount that I would regularly eat.  Then, I had a relapse and gained it all back.  After a few months, I would start the cycle all over again.</p>
<p>There were also several times when I <em>thought</em> that I had found the fastest way to lose weight in the form of some fad diet, pill, or expensive home exercise machine&#8230; but, none that ever worked.  Fad diets are just that &#8211; Fads.  Pills are expensive and are never designed to work without changing your other bad habits.  And machines are great if you use them, but I was never motivated enough to even try for more than a week or two.</p>
<p>It wasn&#8217;t until I broke my <em>ADDICTION</em> to food that I truly discovered the fastest way to lose weight and keep it off.</p>
<p>You see.  An addiction to food can be just as powerful as cigarettes, alcohol or any of the powerful street drugs available today.  Food (especially fatty foods or sweets) can cause the brain to release a surge of dopamine that can make you feel happy and content.  It&#8217;s part of the same chemical cocktail that is released when you fall in love, and who doesn&#8217;t enjoy the feeling of being in love?</p>
<p>Personally, I used food as a emotional pain-killer, and relaxation drug.  I mean, after a stressful day of working in an office where you are constantly looked at as a freak for being overweight, combined with taking care of 3 children when I got home, why shouldn&#8217;t I be allowed to feel good by stuffing myself with a big dinner and a bowl of ice cream before I fall asleep on the couch at night?</p>
<p>But, I digress&#8230;</p>
<p>My addiction to food was holding me back.  As I said before, it wasn&#8217;t until I learned to break my addiction to food that I FINALLY discovered the fastest way to lose weight and actually KEEP it off for good.  It was that experience that led me to lose over 100 pounds and then write the, now famous, report titled Lose 10 Pounds In 3 Days.</p>
<p>So, without further ado, here is the fastest way to lose weight and keep it off:</p>
